Little Shepherds
The PreSchool is owned and operated by Prince of Peace Lutheran
Church and is governed by the Little Shepherd’s PreSchool Board.
We have operated since September 2001. We are licensed through
the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services and received our
TWO STAR rating through November 2011. In November 2004, we
received accreditation from the National Association of the
Education of Young Children (NAEYC Website) through March 2015. 
Our teaching staff’s qualifications and training exceed the state minimum
educational requirements. Our child-teacher ratios also exceed state
minimum requirements.

Our Ministry
Our commitment is to provide loving care and early Christian education
to the children of our congregation and of our community. Our priority
is to provide a safe, nurturing environment to each child in our care,
and to promote the development of the whole child. We tend to the child’s
social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual needs. We offer
creative play and exploration, opportunities to grow in knowledge and
insight, and the assurance that each child is a beloved gift of God. Class
curriculum includes instruction in age appropriate developmental skills,
early learning content standards and preschool concepts.

We support the children’s parents through the gifts of time, caring and
support in the discipleship of their children. We will periodically offer
classes and programs for children and their parents that will be open to
the families of our PreSchool students and to the community.


School Year 2011 - 2012
School begins Tuesday, September 6, 2011 and ends 
Thursday, May 17, 2012. We will follow the Dublin City Schools’ calendar as closely as possible and we close when Dublin closes due to inclement weather.

To Enroll Your Child  
You are welcome to schedule a tour with the PreSchool director. Although we do not require a pre-admission interview with your child, we have age criteria guidelines that we follow when considering the appropriate class group for your child. We require the PreSchool application, a signed copy of the tuition agreement and the NON-REFUNDABLE registration-supply fee of $130. Make checks payable to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.

Tuition is due monthly on the first of the month, 
August 2011 - April 2012.
Tuition is LATE after the 10th of the month;
please add $10 if after the 10th.

PreSchool has afternoon openings for the 2011-2012
school year. Contact the PreSchool director for class information.
