We Invite You to Worship with Us

Any baptized Christian is welcome to receive Communion with us. Anyone, regardless of your religious traditions or experiences, is welcome to worship with us. We hope you will join us and experience for yourself the transformational power of this ancient pattern of worship.

Our worship service includes corporate and private prayer, hearing and responding to the Word of God, and a Bible-based sermon. We sing both contemporary and traditional music. We confess our sins, share God’s peace with one another, and celebrate Holy Communion every week.

All ages are welcome in worship. A staffed nursery is available on Sunday mornings.

During the school year, Sunday School is held during the 9:00 hour on Sundays for ages 3 through 5th grade, for members and visitors! Our high school youth also meet every Sunday morning at 9:00 am. Our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders attend Confirmation class on Monday evenings. Sunday School classes, High School youth, and Confirmation classes will resume in. mid September.

During the school year, we serve breakfast every Sunday morning from 8:30 until 10:30, in what we call POP's Cafe. All are welcome to join us for breakfast and conversation.

We offer a staffed nursery, for children walkers through age 5, at the 9:00 and 10:30 am worship services. At other service times, the nursery is open for parents to stay with their children.

Worshipping from home? The 10:30 a.m. worship service is live-streamed every Sunday on YouTube. A link to the live-stream is always posted on the front page of our website, along with the bulletin. The bulletin includes all of the readings, prayers, and hymns for the service. You may commune from home using your own bread and wine.

See our archive of all of our recorded videos (with accompanying bulletins). These are also found on our YouTube channel.

Tuesday Morning and Evening Prayer are held year around. Morning Prayer is held at 9:45 a.m. in order not to conflict with Preschool drop off at 9:30 a.m. Evening Prayer is held at 7 p.m. to begin many of the Tuesday evening meetings that we have here at the church.

Each service is about 20 minutes in length and is led by various members of our church staff and community.

I hope you will consider these daily offices as part of the rhythm of your prayer life. For me, they have long been a source of comfort and hope and strength and renewal, and I couldn’t be happier to have them back in my life. See you at either or both . . . Pastor John Morris.

Holy Communion

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is included as part of all of our weekly worship services.

All are welcome to the Lord's Table, including children. Parents can decide when their child is ready to take communion.

Prince of Peace offers a Holy Communion Workshop near Holy Week, for children 1st grade and older who are ready to take communion. Children make bread with their parents and learn about Communion. Contact Sue Miller for details.

If you are worshipping from home, you may use your own bread and wine. How to commune at home? Read these guidelines written by Pastor John Morris.
